At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th Month

we pause in silence and give thanks to those that have kept us safe.
They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn

    Thank you for remembering... I was honored to be on board HMAS Paramutta in 2009 for the Remembrance Ceremony.

    My ships association repeats this before each meeting, usually lead by Ron Baker, an Aussie member of the HMAS Melbourne on the night of the collision. He was one of the heroes who helped say some of your guys. He attends our meetings almost every year.
